Beth Marr is originally from Kansas, and moved to Las Cruces from Dallas, Texas. She has been in the Las Cruces area since 1994.
Beth has been licensed as a REALTOR® since 1995. Since she has lived behind “A” Mountain in the Talavera area for most her stay in Las Cruces, she has considerable knowledge about this area and feels that is one area of expertise. She has sold land (including horse properties) and homes (including new homes and resale properties). She was with DR Horton, Inc. for 2 years and worked the new home market exclusively. Beth is constantly looking for ways to leverage relocation and retirement into negotiations as these are two areas that continue to grow in our market.
Beth has been an active member of the Las Cruces Homebuilders Association and the National Association of Homebuilders for the past 10 years. For the past 2 years she was the chairperson for the annual Showcase of Homes and the annual Fall Parade of Homes for the local LCHBA. She has also been active in organizing local charity golf tournaments for the Children’s Miracle Network.
Beth believes in customer service. She does not try to "hard sell" a home to a potential buyer. Instead, she shows them what is available and does her best to provide all of the information necessary for buyers to make their own decision.
If you are looking into getting into the real estate market, Beth's advice would be: "Don’t be a secret agent. Work your personal contacts and your sphere of influence. Always provide the best customer service possible and follow through with the customer's requests."
