Josh’s real estate career began in college while attending New Mexico State University. He graduated with Highest Honors in the College of Engineering in 2005. Starting in 2003, he started buying investment properties in Albuquerque and Las Cruces. While completing several projects in wholesaling, remodeling, new construction, and development he formed The Joshua James HomeLeader Group. What he found while actively buying and selling homes was that many agents do not give the performance they guarantee and knew there had to be a better method for real estate customers. Using his background in Engineering, he continues to develop and fine tune systems to offer greater customer service including the “VIP HomeBuying System” and the “Guaranteed Sale Program”. He has employed a team concept to his business to provide greater customer support using leverage with people and technology.
